When looking at hybrid-working patterns in our HR Insights survey, the most popular option was 2 days per week in the office. However, during 2022 we saw an increase in roles requiring HR professionals to be in the office 4 days per week. Read more: buff.ly/3kmjmm2

The shift in the workplace over the past few years has seen a change in how respondents rated their top benefits. In 2019, the top two benefits were bonus and pension. Today, it's flexible working and a favourable hybrid-working pattern. Read more: buff.ly/3kmjmm2
