Three things we should do: 1. Congress pass law to prevent President from unilaterally changing tariffs. 2. Limit all tariffs to 10%--this would minimize negative impact. 3. Term limits for Supreme Court Justices (12 years would be good)l.

Tariffs: Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962 gives the President the power to unilaterally impose tariffs. his Act should be modified so that the President cannot impose tariffs entirely on his own authority. The reasons are obvious.

Erik Hoel That’s exactly the kind of resistance Bastiat warned about in What Is Seen and What Is Not Seen (1850). People saw the lost lamplighter — what is seen — and called electric light destructive. What they didn’t see: cheaper light, longer productive hours, new industries. Efficiency

Hayek’s “fatal conceit” is the belief that humans can design society through reason alone. He warned that central planners always overestimate their knowledge, and that this hubris leads to economic and moral ruin.

Hayek saw ethics not as something we rationally invent, but as evolved traditions. These rules (like property rights or free exchange) emerged because they helped societies flourish. We ignore them at our peril.

Hayek didn’t argue that humans are perfectly rational. He argued the opposite: we’re deeply limited. That’s why markets matter: they let billions of imperfect people coordinate without knowing each other.

We could have had Ron Paul as President, but America kept choosing authoritarianism over freedom. Ron Paul is the only Republican candidate in my lifetime who should have been President but wasn’t, the Deep State wouldn’t allow that level of freedom and liberty to prevail.

This is exactly what Donald Trump wanted. He flamed the fires and illegally acted to federalize the National Guard. The order he signed doesn’t just apply to CA. It will allow him to go into ANY STATE and do the same thing. We’re suing him.

NEW: We are suing Donald Trump. This is a manufactured crisis. He is creating fear and terror to take over a state militia and violate the U.S. constitution. The illegal order he signed could allow him to send the military into ANY STATE HE WISHES. Every governor -- red or
