crowdfunder.co.uk/p/john-maclean… The campaign has been running for a while and through crowdfunding has raised 29% of the target. As such, we are launching this next crowdfunder on 24th August, the anniversary of Maclean's birthday, with the intention of raising the remaining funds. (2)

crowdfunder.co.uk/p/john-maclean… A prominent Scottish songwriter has pledged £10K which he will donate when we are in a closer proximity to the target. Therefore, the present target for the campaign is £31,735 - and so that is the target for this crowdfunder campaign. (5)

crowdfunder.co.uk/p/john-maclean… John Maclean (born 24 Aug. 1879, died 30 Nov. 1923) was not only Scotland's greatest socialist but internationally renowned. Maclean is one of Scotland's heroes, yet his home city is yet to pay the respect due and honour him with a public statue. (6)
