House Republicans are combatting the Biden-Harris global tax deal that surrenders U.S. sovereignty, hands a competitive advantage to China, and forfeits $120 billion in tax revenue. The Constitution grants the taxing power to Congress, NOT the President and Vice President.

The Harris-Biden administration's unilaterally-negotiated global tax surrender threatens our sovereignty and economic competitiveness. As the body responsible for originating changes to U.S. tax law, the House will not tolerate foreign exploitation of our workers and businesses.
