In our IREMMI registry (post-AMI significant MR), we found high procedural success (~90%) with acute M-TEER for both PMR and SMR. However, clinical outcomes were worse with PMR. Still, M-TEER may serve as a bridge or salvage therapy for post-AMI MR. bit.ly/4jfF4Sy
