Cooking my way through #coronavirus since #Quarantine began. For the past 9 days I have been cooking 1-2 Nigella Lawson recipes a day for the #NINEgella challenge. Day 1: Linguine with lemon, garlic and thyme mushrooms and baked chocolate chip cookie dough pots - #delicious!

Day 2 of #NINEgella: Halloumi with Chilli on a bed of rocket. Perfect for a quick dinner that is packed with flavour. Recipe: nigella.com/recipes/hallou…. For dessert the Nigella Lawson Emergency Brownies were quick, easy and a huge crowd pleaser. Recipe: At My Table cookbook.

Day 3 of #NINEgella: Pasta Allá Genovese, an elaborated pesto pasta which comes together in minutes! I used Gigli pasta instead of spaghetti which was great for holding the sauce. Thank you for the the recipe Nigella Lawson! Recipe: nigella.com/recipes/pasta-…

Day 4 of #NINEgella: Woke up to the Nigella Lawson Forgotten Cookies. Such an easy and delicious meringue recipe - definitely to be remade during #Passover2020. Recipe: nigella.com/recipes/forgot…. Dinner was Aubergine Moussaka which converted my brother to an aubergine lover!

Day 5 of #NINEgella: Oven-cooked Chicken shawarma served with shawarma sauce and Quick Pickles as recommended by Nigella Lawson in Simply Nigella. Again, this was an easy and flavourful dish to put together and one of my favourite dishes of the #NINEgella challenge.

Day 6 of #NINEgella: The Nigella Lawson Mirin Glazed Salmon. Another delicious recipe that is so easy and quick to make. Now one of my favourite salmon recipes - definitely to be remade! Recipe: nigella.com/recipes/mirin-… #coronacooking #QuarantineCooking #coronacation
