Great weekend at Exeter Golf & Country Club England Squash Silver event. Reuben was pleased with a top 10 finish, his best to date in a Silver. I've been wanting to visit Minack for so many years & finally made it!. @CoramBoy2022 was fantastic tonight. Very well done to all the cast & crew. 👏 We had no idea what to expect, but it evoked many different emotions & was really excellent.

This is horrific, heartbreaking & terrifies me, but everyone deserves to know how bad it really is.. We have to just hope no one we love needs urgent medical help..

Great start to the new season for Reuben, winning the B grade Llantrisant Squash. 3 matches, no games dropped & home by lunchtime. Perfect. His training with Rich Wright & Mark Harris is paying off. Looking forward to his first match with his new Rhiwbina Squash Club team next week.

Ceri is living with incurable cervical cancer after being misdiagnosed for years. Jessica was also repeatedly misdiagnosed and eventually had to have a hysterectomy to survive her cervical cancer. itv.com/news/wales/202…
