"Energy equals power multiplied by time. So: 600 kWh divided by (5/60) hours is 7,200 kW—7.2 megawatts—per car. That’s not a typo. MEGAwatts. Per car. That’s the kind of load that would make your local substation break out in hives." wattsupwiththat.com/2025/07/04/why…

Someone asked us to track down a video of what appeared to be South Asian men shooting guns into the woods on-top of a Jeep Wrangler with a B.C. license plate. Ask and ye shall receive. Here's how we did it. A 🧵.

How is the planet cooling by 0.6°C this year? Not ENSO because it is neutral. I'd love to hear an official explanation, but they don't have one because they forgot to include a cooling mechanism in their CO₂ theory. The Tonga effect is waning, and more radiation is escaping.

I once ate nothing but 154 eggs in a week, except a little butter to cook a few dozen of them in, and I was never hungry and lost 5+ pounds.

No matter what diet you follow, the ones that actually work all have one thing in common: they cut the junk, ditch ultra-processed food, minimize sugar, and prioritize real, whole food.

MarionMartin Javier Vinós That's true. I assume temperatures won't fall significantly until after 2200. If there's only a 1000-year Eddy cycle involved, then CO2 concentrations would peak with a 90° (integral) phase lag, or 250 years later. Look for the light-blue 250-year slide. wattsupwiththat.com/2010/12/26/co2…

Be specific... Which office that was involved in forecasting the recent Texas floods was understaffed? I have it on valid info that the NWS office had 3 extra staffers that night, 5 instead of 2. Please share your evidence.

The world was 2 degrees warmer during the Eemian interglacial period 130,000 to 115,000 years ago. It was one of the warmest periods of the last 800,000 years yet there was no warming crisis. Maximum sea levels were 6-9 metres higher & global ice volume was lower. CO₂ was lower

I just received some correspondence in the mail from Andrew Scheer and was reminded of the time when so many liberals were upset because Mr Scheer’s father is an American. Surprisingly though, that same group does not seem one bit bothered by the fact that Mark Carney holds three
