It's #WorldAsthmaDay did you know that some asthmatics don't wheeze? I have eosinophilic asthma which causes white blood cells to build up & cause inflammation meaning I cough rather than wheeze. I need inhalers & meds every day along with injections to suppress my immune system

After a lot of walking yesterday and sitting all day today I'm really rocking the cropped trousers and compression look 🤣 my swollen ankles will thank me for no fashion sense tomorrow. Now I just need to hope I make my connection as the train is delayed by about 40 mins 🚂

So proud of my 12 year old daughter for completing the #kiltwalkedinburgh yesterday and raising more than £200 for her #GirlGuides. Even more proud of myself (even though it has brought on a bad #PEM crash today), 6 months ago I could barely walk 500 meters #LongCovid #EAsthma

I surprised the kids with a wee trip to N.Ireland for their October break, spent a few days in Derry doing some of our family tree and learning about some of the history. We are now in Belfast for another few days

Meanwhile back home my husband is looking after our pet rats and has just had us all laughing as he has been chasing one of them around the living room after she jumped out of the cage and wouldn't go back in. She normally climbs up my sons arm to go back in with no problems 🤣
