Had the privilege of catching up with David Ngele today. He's lived with HIV since 1993 but only started taking ARVs in 2011. He attributes this to self acceptance and self care. Ngele was one of the 1st people to publicly declare his HIV status in 1993. #knowyourheroes 💪🏾💪🏾
