Just been sent more photos of the Short-toed Lark taken by Neil Barnes yesterday evening. The bird has really settled in to island life, feeding well and preening along the track near Pondsbury and Halfway Wall

Enjoyable few days on Lundy Island- Highlights included this Short Toed Lark, Pied & Spotted Flycatcher, Firecrests, Redstart, Merlin & a good passage of Hirundines

A nice arrivals of scarce migrants to the isle yesterday starting with a Dartford Warbler around Rocket pole the 12th island record, then a female Bullfinch in Milcombe, just the second this year. Then finally a Richards Pipit around Quarter Wall made for nice late autumn birding
