Just been sent more photos of the Short-toed Lark taken by Neil Barnes yesterday evening. The bird has really settled in to island life, feeding well and preening along the track near Pondsbury and Halfway Wall

First Siskin of the autumn logged today. Also, Yellow-browed Warbler in St John's Valley (constitutes the 4th bird day for the species), a late Willow Warbler got the heart racing, Ring Ouzel still present and 3 Lapwing new-in. Short-toed Lark now onto it's 12th day! BirdGuides

Amazing, looks like she cruised north along Lundy and the Bristol Channel Approaches. Steve Percival are you able to share a timestamp? This nicely aligns with the small flocks we've logged recently

A nice arrivals of scarce migrants to the isle yesterday starting with a Dartford Warbler around Rocket pole the 12th island record, then a female Bullfinch in Milcombe, just the second this year. Then finally a Richards Pipit around Quarter Wall made for nice late autumn birding
