After spending half a year with one another, it has been quite a change to return and not see each other every day. It was really nice to get the gang back together last week for debriefs! We have been looking at aurora out the cupola windows a lot lately. Starliner was doing some testing today so we decided to check it out from the Dragon windows. Timing was great for the aurora to line up nicely with Starliner’s service module thrusters.

A little glimpse into our space gym on International Space Station 🏋️‍♂️🏃‍♀️🚴‍♀️ We have 2.5 hours of exercise scheduled daily, usually around 60 minutes of weightlifting and 30-50 minutes of cardio (running or cycling). While any exercise program has its challenges, I found it really enjoyable to
