Making spaghetti sauce

Turned the bottom half of a mini sourdough boule into a pizza. Homemade spaghetti sauce, pepperoni, Gouda cheese Italian sausage olives. Whatever I got on hand. Brandon Hannibal Donkey #MFerMeals

Top half of the mini boule. Used my normal recipe, just cut into smaller dough pieces. I made 5 but I think I’ll need to try for 6 for even smaller ones.

Really good feeling to know these are homemade mini sourdough pizzas. If I could make my own pepperoni and mozzarella I would. Need a quick meal for the kids.

I think I will be switching my online shop over to another platform within the next few weeks. Need something more geared towards baking, although I will be sad to not be able to accept shop pay
