foghappens Lots of reasons. Primarily it doesn’t seem to mean he likes football it means he likes watching tv and I don’t really ever watch tv. Who has that kind of time? And what’s the purpose of watching other people be athletic? I prefer to go play outside idk sounds boring

lulubeans Valid point…but football is not just watching TV…it’s a social gathering…at the bars, people’s homes…it’s rooting against or with each other and it’s every Sunday for 16 weeks in the fall.
No need to watch every play or game but need to be involved….it’s a community 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

foghappens Oh, I don’t drink. That sounds atrocious. A community centered around consuming poison while watching others perform. 40 years experience has taught me anyone who loves football is someone I won’t want to spend time around 🤗 it’s a personality type that is not for me

foghappens I also feel uncomfortable with the extreme presence of domestic violence assault offenders that continue to be on the NFL payroll. I find it terrifying and disgusting how much money the industry gives to men who should be in prison, but are instead revered 😅 but that’s just me!
