Our amazing community-led archaeology project #digpendinas has been shortlisted for the engagement and participation project of the year at the archaeological achievement awards!!!! Keep your fingers crossed! This one was a real cracker to be a part of!

The 'path of querns' was amongst my favourite finds from Porth y Rhaw. Like many archaeologists it's the quiet personal finds which give a glimpse into people's lives rather than the glittering objects that I find most special.
