Ich befürchte, dass das BMF sich um den gesamten Auszahlungsweg kümmert ist ein Missverständnis. Es gibt zumindest keine Bestätigung aus dem BMF. Bei Debatte im Bundesrat sagte Frau Hessel klar, dass BMF nur an Datenbank IBAN/Steuer-ID arbeitet, nicht an komplettem Auszahlungsweg
