They can: Blind,stun,loop,jump quick on pallets an windows,use bombs etc etc but i have an axe and a magical security door

hey rig people, how do you guys do squash and stretch for IK arms and legs? so it can extend a lot and be funny and cartoony i think it's one of the few things i didn't found a good tutorial :') pretty sure it's simple to do but i am so tired that i feel like ask is easier
