A direct message to American students

The US argument “the ICC has no jurisdiction in Israel vs Hamas” is predicated on the notion that Hamas exists within the ‘state’ of Israel, in which case Israel has no right to self-defence under Int’l Law, nor to wage war on Palestinians. They can’t have it both ways.
