I made these today! ❤️ From scratch! Absolutely loved the Chocolatier Masterclass at Harwoods Patisserie. I've tempered chocolate; made pistachio ganache; made every decision from the casing to the fillings to the decoration. Sheer unadulterated pleasure from start to finish🍫
