It was my pleasure to honor North Miami Beach Commissioner Daniela Jean with a special proclamation at today’s meeting. Commissioner Jean was recognized for her exemplary service, unwavering dedication, & invaluable efforts to enrich the educational landscape of South Florida.

Today is the first day of the 2024 Summer Youth Internship Program (SYIP)! We are so excited to welcome our District 3 interns and can’t wait to see all that they accomplish this summer!

Thank you to all of our incredible community partners, especially The Education Fund and The Little Lighthouse Foundation, for providing over 300 students supplies for the new year!
