Have added my signature to this open letter, I’m tired of waiting for the local churches to take a stand so am joining my Muslim friends and neighbours in challenging one of the most egregious injustices of a lifetime

An excellent and well-reasoned article. To talk about class means to talk about material things, enough of the nonsense spouted by those in the church who claim to speak on behalf of the working class!!!

This is what our politicians in the UK are allowing, our military are supporting, our manufacturers are arming. And they want to tell us that supporters of Palestine Action are the terrorists. Shame on us for allowing this, 'a stain on humanity, which will endure for generations'

I wrote a poem for the first time in ages to try to express the violence of the everyday in these times. It’s called ‘I Hope This Email Finds You Well’.

If the government was truly horrified by Israel’s occupation of Gaza, it would stop supplying them with the weapons they need to carry it out. The Prime Minister can condemn Israel’s plans all he wants. He cannot hide the truth: his government is complicit in genocide.

Congrats to all the ‘it’s complicated’ and ‘both sides’ people. Well done clowns, you enabled a literal genocide and then wrung your hands in the final phase. We will never forget your cowardice.

In my fundamentalist days I met this man, read his books, and have seen first hand the devastation his theology wreaks on people. Make no mistake, Christo-fascism is on the rise, and it’s here in the uk where Wilson has devotees too. It must be rooted out.
