On the road today in Brooten Minnesota touring Jenniges Meat Processing facility with MDA’s Rural Finance Authority Board. They opened in January processing beef, pork, lamb, bison & elk. Also have utilized ⁦Minnesota Department of Agriculture⁩ grants for equipment.
