The Tribley Shield - found at Broomyholme, near Chester-le-Street in County Durham. Dating to the Bronze Age, the shield was broken into three pieces when it was discovered in the 18th century. Now thankfully reunited and on display Great North Museum: Hancock #FindsFriday #BronzeAge 📸 My own
