PROJECTION - With AZ-6 going to Juan Ciscomani, we have officially called enough races for Republican candidates to give them CONTROL of the House of Representatives. This gives the Republicans a governing trifecta (albeit a narrow one).

NEW: Republicans will control the US House and hold a trifecta come January, Decision Desk HQ projects

Beyond the House itself, we are also able to call AK-AL for Nick Begich (R). Peltola would need to win ~80% of outstanding ballots to even have a shot, and that's before RCV kicks in (which does not favor her)

PROJECTION - Ken Calvert (R) will hold onto his seat in CA-41, defeating Will Rollins.

Only a few uncalled seats left in the House. Not impossible that Dems sweep these

Horrific late vote drop for Steel in #CA45 - this is definitely not heading in her direction.

Oh we also called #CA47 for David Min earlier today - critical Dem hold. Final house control margin will be RAZOR THIN

PROJECTION - Derek Tran (D) will unseat Michelle Steel's in #CA45. Another significant tightening of the already slim GOP majority in the House. Many election data nerds out there very correctly predicted this one two weeks ago - we did not see it coming.

The only seat in the House left outstanding by our count is #CA13. No clue what will happen there - it is a total coin flip.
