I had a blast with Mr. Kiely team teaching PE on Monday at Forest Grove ES. I love that each class began with a quick lesson on expectations, routines, and procedures after all that time off! He created a welcoming, safe, and fun PE experience to get kids moving!

I thoroughly enjoyed substituting in ECSE and getting to know some of the youngest learners at Forest Grove ES this week.

When young people lack executive function skills, it can feel like disrespect to an adult. We must remember that we cannot expect adult behaviors from children. They learn life skills in safe spaces filled with grace, examples, and many chances to practice. #JoyfulLeaders
