Belangrijke draad over de CAO-onderhandelingen die inmiddels de 7e (!) ronde in gaan. Ik kan er maar niet bij dat er zo weinig over gesproken wordt. Er zijn momenteel 2400 docenten op tijdelijke contracten die in grote onzekerheid verkeren en de inflatie blijft torenhoog...

Het Min heeft loonruimte bepaald lager dan volledige inflatie compensatie, en het WO personeel is zelden vakbondslid & ogenschijnlijk niet tot actie bereid.

Omarm de flexibiliteit, maar ook de persoonlijke omstandigheden en situatie van elke student. Specifications grading biedt hiervoor uitstekende handvaten! Erg benieuwd naar andere ervaringen op dit gebied van toetsing binnen University of Groningen, laat het vooral weten
