i’m 0.1kg lighter than this morning best ana

my march goal is to lose 10kg but i have like 6 days on which i have to eat normally (and they’re fixed menus) due to events and holidays where i’m with others😖

i’m at the uni library and my stomach just made the loudest grossest rumbling sound😭

turns out my suppressed hunger was just constipation bc since pooping i feel so much more hungry

i lost 4.7kg in the past 8 days so let’s keep this going and not binge hihi
