since we're exhibiting a piece from 2005 at Electric Op I dug up Tom Moody's reporting of an event we organized in 2003 that included Cory 🔌. it was a snowy day on our awy back from a month coast to coast tour with a 6 month old baby, synths and prototype of VideoWear

for a decade we supported our practice with getting grants and commissions ranging from $500- $150000...it was a great way to make work, travel, get recognition etc. BUT that did not translate to sales. UNTIL we started selling art and stopped everything else.
