“I’ve played ultimate frisbee for almost 12 years now. Started playing on the Georgia Tech women’s team in 2008, won the USA Ultimate Club Nationals with the Washington DC Scandal Women’s team in 2013 & 2014. I’ve been playing with the Atlanta Ozone women’s club team since 2015..

Next up on our early player signings is Dana Bidot!! Dana is back for her 3rd season. Dana started playing ultimate in 2013 with FSU Ultimate and has played for Atlanta club teams 9Hammer, JLP, and m'kay. She also played pro for Nashville NightShade #Ultimate #WomensSports

Early signings continue with... Lily Ponitz! lilyp is returning to Soul for her 4th season. She is also a Co-Owner of Atlanta Soul! Lily started playing in 2010 with GT Wreck Ultimate. She helped found GRIT in Washington, DC, and played for ATL Atlanta Ozone and m'kay.

Announcing the first of our coaches - Jac Clark! This is Jac's 1st season coaching Soul. He started playing ultimate in 2007 with Parliament Ultimate and coached the team for 4 years. He has coached ATLas and played on several Atlanta-area club teams, most recently, m'kay.

Next coach announcement - Sean Finlay! Sean Finlay has been playing ultimate since 2005 and is a leader in the local Atlanta ultimate scene. He coached at Midtown High School and now coaches GT Wreck Ultimate. His most recent club team is m'kay. Welcome Sean!! #Ultimate

We're excited to welcome our final coach for 2023, Jenny Gold! Jenny started playing ultimate in 2014 at Georgia College. She's the head JV girls' basketball coach and assistant Varsity coach at Norcross, and won a state championship with the Varsity team last year. #Ultimate

Welcome another new addition to Soul for 2023 - Rachel "Arty" Burzynski! Arty started playing ultimate in 2013 with Luna Ultimate. A consistent part of the Atlanta league, college, and club scene, Arty has coached Vixen Ultimate and played for Outbreak, JLP, and m'kay.
