🌸 Standard Bank ZA Standard Bank ZA my mom experienced the same. They transferred all her savings to her cheque account, shopped online, transferred money to three people, and spent at clubs. These transactions occurred from 7pm into the early hours of the morning.

🌸 Standard Bank ZA she did not receive any SMS or email notifications for those transactions. She only realized this when she logged into her banking app the next day. And this happened last year in November.

You have insurance in place for situations like this. Please do the right thing and refund the money. This is blood and sweat money. Our elders worked hard for every cent, only for someone to transfer it out of their accounts and steal it. Standard Bank ZA

Where the loss by clients occurred by hacking, the bank remains liable. Banks are insured to make good the loss. Hacking is real & it is not only at Standard Bank ZA , all banks are targets. A complaint can not be dismissed absent interviewing the recipients of the stolen savings

Dear Standard Bank ZA , never dismiss a complaint of hacking. All banks are targets. My family account Absa South Africa was looted a month ago. We acted swiftly & Absa South Africa returned the stolen money. Governments departments & municipalities have been victims too.

Absent a thorough follow up & involvement of Police by banks to trace the recipients of the sti3ln money does not preclude the banks from liability. Hacking is real & carefully executed to lay blame on Victims.

The banks have a duty to involve police & followup. Banks exercise power akin to public power. Police & Bank resources can trace & find the smart thieves. Customers are victims of poorly trained SA Police Service 🇿🇦 with no advanced technology. HomeAffairsSA 🇿🇦 SA Revenue Service can assist.

Banks are not serious & quick to repudiate an allegation of Hacking when they know for sure that Hacking is real. The absence of police involvement & unleashing of bank resources o SA Police Service 🇿🇦 to trace the smart thieves is an incentive to the smart thieves.

Bank accounts are linked to a cell number, an ID with a photo & mandate to open an account.The knowledge that Cellphone service providers & Banks do not do a thorough investigation involving SA Police Service 🇿🇦 makes the hacking crime a hobby & a business.

It is the duty of Banks to demand a thorough police investigation in solving HomeAffairsSA 🇿🇦 , SA Revenue Service & cellphone service providers to comb the crime scene. It is doable. Refusal to invest in investigation by banks is informed by greed of profit to cut cost.

We are coming for you....the courts will be persuaded to rethink the duty of Banks to protect monies of depositors. Standard Bank ZA & any other bank can not just get a free pass. Never. Parliament of RSA & SA Revenue Service & National Treasury RSA are capable but sleeping & stingy to cut cost.
