Offense couldn’t have picked a worse time of the year to go cold. Since 8/23. KC (4-8), Minne (4-6), Boston(3-9). Opportunity was there. It’s been a yr of extremes. Bad def(April), awful RISP in May, played well and won in June, Bullpen after A/S break, now the Offense.

That July 8th-August 4th when the offense had their best stretch, they went 10-11. That’s when the bullpen had their issues. That should have been 15-6, 14-7 with how the offense was swinging it.
