Absolutely this. Zwift is going to be my saviour over the winter as I recover from my broken & dislocated hip. It was also incredible over lockdown when I was stuck as a single mum homeschooling my “little darlings”! Even when I can get out I sometimes Zwift, I love it!

When you see those wet floor warning thingies PAY ATTENTION. I ride 1000s of miles each year on a bike in all sorts of conditions, no problem. Walking on a wet floor however, caused me a very premature, pretty serious case of “Nan Down” 🙈

Shared my Xray of my broken dislocated hip on IG & was shocked & disgusted to get the attached comment from a fully grown man with a wife & daughter (what I could see on his profile b4 he blocked me). When called out he said I was a “typical woman with no sense of humour”. Wow🤮

2022 was an interesting one! Some major highs & some major lows. I move into 2023 not knowing what the next couple of months have in store for me recovery wise. For now I’m having a blast in LA with some wonderful people & the most beautiful sunsets! Happy New Year everyone! 💗
