We had the great pleasure today in welcoming our past Leaving Certificate Applied student, Lucy Mc Menamin class '23 back to celebrate her recent National Leaving Cert Applied Award. Lucy received this award from LCANA in recognition of achieving 100% in this programme.

A guard of honour for our lovely Leaving Cert students as they make their way to the lobby for the last school bell. 🔔 This was followed by a special Mass in the Cathedral at 4.30 and refreshments back at the school canteen.

Today we said goodbye to our Head Girl, Niamh Sweeney and Deputy Head Girl, Leah Mullen. Best wishes to the girls in their LC exams. We also welcomed our newly appointed Head Girl, Emily Crossan and Deputy Head Girl, Caoilfhionn Lafferty. Best wishes in their new roles.

A fond farewell to the class of 24. You will be missed very much at Loreto. Wishing you the very best of everything… in the Leaving Cert and in the years ahead.

We hosted 15 pupils from Loreto Letterkenny today for the 2025 ATU Donegal Secondary Schools Basketball Programme. The girls enjoyed refining their skills with drills and mini games, led by Basketball Ireland's Laura Deeney and ATU Donegal’s Basketball Scholars.
