What's funny to me is that even a cursory glance of TOS and TNG shows people overweight and unhealthy in starfleet in #startrek is it the levels in discovery/academy? Not in the first few episodes i've seen but overweight people existed pre-'nu'-trek

So.. In #starfleetacademy a captain can't lay on her chair reading a book because that's against the spirit of trek and something no captain would ever do.. but Picard in #Startrek TNG can let officer wear a v-neck civillian clothing on bridge.. Critics these days are odd

Ok, I mean .. does the federation of the 29th century not have Assault Charges? I get its 'kids being kids' but I am 7 minutes in and we have atleast 2 assault charges with one likely being agg assault in #StarfleetAcademy by the war college..
