Cost caps and bid caps are not an “efficient” way to test new creative. Imagine spending $30k+/month on producing new ads, For only 1 or 2 to get spend… 🤣 You’ll have limited data and direction to share with your vendors and team. And you’ll miss out on potential winners.

Finished a strategy call with an Aussie liquor brand owner. Rare breed that came with a FULL DECK prepared. Nobody does that. His creative bottlenecks were killing scale. He's was running 35 ads weekly but: - Part-time team (20 hours/week) - Same video editor sourcing content
