I’m so sorry this happened. I agree with self diagnosis as helping people to understand themselves in life can prevent suicide and some suffering. Understanding my perfectionism related to autism meaning my self awareness means I am so cruel to myself I hope will help my anxiety

Day 3. Woke up really nauseous and not really settled all day. Feel really horrendous. Wasn’t going to post as nothing much to report. Longest day ever 🙁

These foxes were abandoned as pups and then nursed back to health by this fine Irishman. And even though they were free to return to the wild, they decided to stay with him - forever.

Wow. Who says anyone wants a relationship with you? The arrogance of this post with so many likes. All humans are different. You have basically just said all people with BPD are abusive. All humans have potential to be abusive. Disabled people would annoy you too no doubt.

I love birds so much! I got my mum to sew a patch on my school jumper as I was a member of the young ornithologists club. I say morning to the birds every day. I even have three raptors as pets! I’m so proud of my swans I took my Cpn to see them 💜. Mindfulness is a birder!

Day 2. Felt sick all day 🙁. Don’t know if the levomepromazine has made me so exhausted or if this is just day 2 chemo. Also if it’s supposed to help nausea it isn’t. My pee isn’t red anymore I guess from the chemo drug. Feeling very despondent today.

Thanks so much for this 💜. On my long list of overwhelm is I am being forced (for good reason) into menopause really quickly and I am afraid because I am running very mental that it will tip me over the edge. I feel jealous other women are worrying about their hair falling out!

Dbt like this would just trigger me to all the trauma in my life. Also my anxiety is not a choice. It’s not a behaviour. I respond to kindness not a blank face. That’s a bullying trigger to ignore someone.

Yesterday I had an assessment with a DBT unit called Hope House run by Elysium Healthcare (Yes I’m naming and shaming them).
I’d like to highlight 2 practices they openly brag about within their treatment for women with ‘EUPD’.

Nhs management is toxic as is the culture. There are excellent teams and staff but in the minority

I was told by an HTT manager who I didn’t even have an appointment with who was pleasant otherwise that I should forgive me dad for his neglect when he’s never said sorry. She didn’t even know me. When I said no she said he might have had his own issues. I said but I was a child!
