Not knocking her individually, but it's a classic example of where our industry is at.

London Gas Bookmarking this so when someone replies to my heat pump posts with "but I can get a new boiler for <InsertAbsurdlyLowPrice> why would I get a heat pump?" Then I can point out that people doing boilers properly will cost much more than that price to enable a properly functioning
