We need a return to shared humanity instead of us vs. them. Not sure how we get there. But one problem is... Hate and fear are powerful drivers that get people to attach to a group/identity. Modern social media/politics exploits this and amplifies it. It's a bad incentive.

Our meet Thursday will include 5 #1 ranked teams, 3 teams ranked 2nd and 8 other teams ranked in the top 10 in Class 1A, 2A & 3A. Should be a great meet at the ISU CC course.

We are excited to host the Gilbert Cross Country Invitational on Thursday at Iowa State University. The meet will be one of the premier meets in the state this season. There are five #1 ranked teams, 3 teams ranked 2nd and 8 other teams ranked in the top 10 in Class 1A, 2A & 3A.
