Great day yesterday with after school lifting and our boys basketball players (along with girls basketball and softball) doing some community service at the Yorkville Public Library. Great to give back and help them out! Yorkville Foxes

The work continues this week. 4 days of lifting, plus open gym Friday morning before school! Have to keep Stacking Days! Weight room 2:45-4pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
