Continuing to get back into game shape. I am a couple weeks into my throwing program and I got to pick my bat back up for the first time today. Progressing well for return, next stop pitching program. Thank you to everyone that has helped and continues to help on my journey.

Thankful to be starting my pitching rehab. Made some changes to be better than I was before. Coming back stronger than I was before. Can not thank the trainers at Dorman High School enough for my rehab process from Labrum surgery. 2024 Here I come!!
