I’ve recently bought an OPPO Find X8 Pro. Here are some key pros over the iPhone 1. IR remote 2. On screen translator 3. Battery life 4. WiFi hotspot over wifi connection (useful for planes don’t have to pay for two devices) One thing I do miss is the copy and paste

The other thing about buying a non iPhone is case options are rather limited

I think what would be great with Chinese phones if they supported more network bands. Seems to be quite limited

Getting really good battery life on the OPPO Find X8 pro. I only have two messaging apps (WeChat and Telegram) Majority of the time it’s connected to WiFi. Also I don’t use my phone a lot. Nice to know I can get it to stretch to 5+ days if I need to.

I believe reMarkable missed an opportunity by not adding a fingerprint sensor to the Paper Pro.

Most annoying thing about the Apple eco system is the find my notifications for devices in the family group. Out with the family all day. AirPods notifications multiple times of other people in the family iCloud group.
