Canadians came together today to celebrate Remembrance Day. It was an honour to join in for two minutes of silence, and pay respect to those who fought for our freedom, and those who gave their lives.

My eldest is in his freshman year at college on a volleyball scholarship. His amazing team just won bronze at the National championships and Luke was named one of the Tournament All-Stars - a huge achievement for a first year player! My heart is so happy to see him thriving!

I was lucky to be a part of launching the Cement Breakthrough, co-chaired by Canada and the UAE, at COP28 in Dubai last year. So spending the day promoting low-carbon building materials in China was a great way to continue supporting this important cause.
