Woohooo!!! Go Leland Fleming!!! Great work!!
Reflecting today on my trip last Friday to Greenwood Genetic. Toured lab facilities with Drs. Rich & Heather Flanagan-Steet and learned about their new BioSpherix system and the promise it holds for #Alzheimers disease research and treatment as part of their new SC initiative.
Always a powerful experience when investigators come together to share insights about disease and possible treatments. Proud that Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) has some of the nation's leaders in #inflammation and #fibrosis on the MUSC Research team.
One of the highlights of my last weeks at Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) will be receiving the "I am an MUSC Innovator" Award during our Blue Sky Awards presentation this morning. Thank you, Jesse, for being committed to the partnership between research discovery and innovation. #IAM2024
