The Y5 pupils from Alway Primary spent the morning at Llanwern yesterday learning a new art technique with art teacher Mrs Douglas. As usual the pupils were amazing and produced some fantastic work.

9A made their own fresh pasta (with sauce) on Monday,  and were very creative with their shapes. Well done year 9, great work!

The cadets took part in the Cadet Cambrian Patrol competition this weekend and achieved a bronze medal. The event involved a 26km navigation exercise, with 10 military stands on the route, on Saturday followed by a section attack and casualty evacuation/stretcher race on Sunday.
