On 28 Feb, we were delighted to host National Parks Board’s Chairman Mr Loh Khum Yean and Board Member and CEO Ms Hwang Yu-Ning, as well as other members from the Senior Management team, for a tour of the Museum’s collections and gallery, including our temporary exhibition ‘Death by Man’.
The Museum was pleased to host delegates from the Bhutan Foundation and the Wangduechhoeling Palace Project on 20 Feb, who had come to interact with our management team and curators to learn about the management of a natural history museum and our specimens.
We are pleased to announce that LKCNHM has been awarded the Gold level certification standard for the Landscape Excellence Assessment Framework (LEAF) by National Parks Board, with a special mention for Community Wellbeing and Engagement.
