1 I've been made aware that I've been a tad inconspicuous of late, so... full disclosure (yes, I've been watching The Split). The last few weeks have been somewhat testing. My voice all but gave up, and whilst I've always dealt with adversity pretty well, I really struggled.

2 I especially found it difficult having visitors round, knowing that I'd be limited to the odd grunt (no change there) or nod or shake of the head. I chose instead to turn down the offer of visits, taking what, for me was the lesser of the evils.

3/3 On the flip side, I've become a master of quiz shows! More importantly, with a bit of help, I'm now properly able to use my banked voice. My mood has immediately improved to pre-voice loss levels, so you can expect to see a few more rants. Love to you all 💙🧡💙🧡💙

So, I'm not ok with #mnd s latest offering. As if subjecting me to having to emit seemingly gallons of saliva, it has stepped up its game, and I now have to deal with periodic throat spasms. Unless it's Nadine Richardson-Johnrose creeping up, trying to off me. 🤔

1 As it's past the watershed, I thought I'd discuss #mnd white elephant. In my pomp, I was propositioned by men and women alike. These days not so much. Cue a look in the mirror to find out what's changed.

So, I'm wheelchair bound, loss of muscle tone, seeping saliva (a bit of alliteration for you), increased fat levels... I think I may have found my answer. Like it or not, #mnd definitely makes a person less desirable.
