today is my last day working at Imperial School of Public Health, and I spent it giving a talk to Imperial Medicine final years on their own final day🩺 it has been such a profound privilege to return to teach at the medical school that prepared me for my own career and I am so grateful🌟

SO pleased to finally share this work - MORE trainees working LTFT in England + Wales than FT. LTFT majority got to be considered in workforce planning and supervisor + employer education to support trainees. Squashing trainees into a system built for FT doesnt work for anyone
