Also, PSA about some of the bugs in this demo: It seems a good chunk of the bugs people are experiencing are due to low framerates and lag. I'm not finished with all the optimization yet, so unfortunately if you have a lower end computer you are likely to have issues

none of the vocaloids used in scratchin melodii were changed btw! they’re all the exact same vocals (and the same project files too for the remasters) just tuned to sound more understandable!! the only vocal that was changed is melodii in grease poppin for the sake of consistency

It seems there's an issue with the demo's colors on monitors that support HDR. Working on a fix right now! On an unrelated note, don't forget to make your wish at the fountain!☺️

The rhythm system in Scratchin' Melodii has changed quite a bit since the 2022 demo. I definitely would like to improve the in-game tutorial in the full game, but for now I thought I'd take some time to explain some of it in a thread!

UPDATE: Apparently while fixing one thing with the demo's volume, I broke another. Just dropped patch v1.031, which should fix both. Even after years of using it, the way Unity's audio works never fails to confuse me!

It takes a lot of tweaks and practice for me to get my character designs to a point where I'm satisfied with them. The little details count! Here's some of the thought process that went into finalizing Melodii's, mostly focusing on their silhouette. #ScratchinMelodii

Thanks for 600,000+ downloads on the Scratchin' Melodii demo! I feel like I'm on the right track now, so reminder that there will be no more public demos of the game. From here, I'll just be focusing on finishing the full game and I'll try to occasionally show some progress too!
