Can I just say that FedEx completely sucks! They will not contact the driver to figure out where he left my package! So now I have a lost package and they won’t do anything about it.

If there is no apartment B, bc they are all 1-10 and not letters, why would FedEx continue to leave a package outside a random door, instead of taking it back to the facility?

I’ve been emailing Chefman back and forth since November 15th and have yet had my issue fixed. They have messed up twice though. First they sent the wrong part, then sent a new unit to the wrong address. Haven’t had a reply since January 17th. This is officially ridiculous!
