Try overnight oats for an #allergyfriendly breakfast option. 1/2 cup #glutenfree oats, 1 cup #dairyfree milk, such as coconut milk, 1/2 cup berries and 1T ground flaxseeds. Put in the refrigerator overnight and tada!

Do you know the difference between an individualized health care plan and a 504 plan when it comes to food allergies? A 504 plan is legally binding, while a health care plan is not. Know the difference and make sure you are comfortable with what you have set up for your children.
